Our restaurant "Sao Bao" is a restaurant offering burgers with Asian influences. The idea is to revisit the burger to taste it in the Asian way. To do this, the bread is steamed, and the restaurant offers as a garnish the meat and vegetables found in small street stalls in Asia (chicken steak marinated in Japanese, basil sauce and coconut milk, caramel pork, beef steak dipped in spices ...).
Our restaurant also does not forget vegetarians because it also offers Veggie burgers inspired by Buddhist monks and made of seitan (a protein based on wheat protein), all served with Chen Fries (rice fries) and vegetables.
Our mission: make you discover unknown flavors from Asia through a well-known dish.
